Does the packing slip include pricing information?
We do not include pricing information on our packing slip (which is important when you are sending a gift straight to the recipient).
What currency does your site use?
Our prices and transactions are in USD.
Can I purchase in a currency other than USD?
We process all payments in USD. If you pay with a credit card that uses a different currency, your bank will handle the currency conversion. Check with your bank for exchange rates and terms.
My promotion/discount code or gift card doesn't work/I'm not getting my discount.
Only one discount or promotion code can be used per order. To use a discount code, please enter it in the 'Promo Code' field found on either the Shopping Cart page or the Checkout page. To use a Parker & Pip gift card or code on an order, please enter the gift code number on the Checkout page. Only one code may be used at a time. What are your payment options?
We accept PayPal and credit and debit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover). We’re sorry, but we do not take cash, checks or CODs.

If you’re not able to log into your Parker & Pip account, please check the following:
  • The password field is case sensitive, so please check that your Caps Lock key is off.

What are the Image Requirements for Photo Products?
When you upload your photo, our system will prompt a warning if the image quality is not high enough for the product selected. 
  • We accept images with extension .gif .jpg .jpeg .png.
  • Files must be 25MB or smaller. The upload time will depend on the file size and your Internet connection speed. Please be patient when uploading a large image.
  • Please try to use the best-quality image possible. Check the individual product descriptions for recommended resolution. If your image is below the minimum resolution/size requirements, do not simply increase the size in your editing software. You must either rescan the image or use a higher-quality image.
  • When scanning in photographs, please use a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. When taking digital images, set your camera at the highest possible resolution. You can always reduce the resolution later. Low-resolution images cannot be increased without loss of image quality.
  • Your image will be reproduced as it appears. In some cases, we may crop the image for size, to fit the product you order. However, we will not color correct, retouch or otherwise crop your image. For the best results, we ask that you edit the photo to the sizes and aspect ratio suggested in the product descriptions.
  • Close-ups and images with bright colors will produce the best results.
  • We cannot reproduce copyrighted photos and images.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any objectionable material. We will not reproduce materials that are deemed by our staff to be offensive or obscene.
Estimated Delivery Times
We personalize and ship most items to arrive in 2 business days, though some items may take a little longer – depending on the personalization and product. Estimated delivery date(s) will appear in the checkout when ordering. We ship via major carriers throughout the United States and select international destinations. We are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses or U.S. territories.
Shipping Prices
We calculate the appropriate shipping charges based on a number of factors, including time of year and delivery location. Charges are based on the number of addresses items are being sent to. Once we have all of the delivery information, we'll calculate the actual charges and display them on the final page of the checkout process, so you can fully review them before submitting your order.

  • DELIVERIES TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS:
    Deliveries to international destinations carry an additional charge.

  • OVERSIZED ITEMS
    Some oversized items may incur a charge of up to $9.99 per delivery address. Oversized Items will be marked on the product detail page.
